Hole 'N' the Rock
Hole N The Rock is a quirky Moab-area roadside attraction where a 5,000-square-foot home with 14 rooms was painstakingly carved into a sandstone cliff by a local family in the mid-20th century and now draws visitors to tour the rock-hewn residence and explore the surrounding petting zoo, shops, and curios along Highway 191.
Golf Course Rock Art
This Rock Art site is an easily accessible panel of petroglyphs just outside Moab featuring Fremont and Ancestral Puebloan figures, including the iconic “Moab Man”.
Wilson Arch
Wilson Arch is a striking natural sandstone formation just off U.S.-191 south of Moab.
Newspaper Rock
Newspaper Rock State Historic Monument features one of the largest and most accessible collections of Native American petroglyphs in the Southwest, with hundreds of ancient rock art figures carved into a single massive sandstone panel along the road to Canyonlands' Needles District.
